the makati business and ortigas financial districts are only a few minutes away. our twins go to international school manila, which is adjacent to la posada. alabang town center and festival mall are two of our favorite places to visit. the house is large, with enough of room for the entire family. it comes at a reasonable price which makes everything perfect. the design, location, size and price goes hand in hand. it’s a perfect family home.

sonria project in my opinion is one encourage to make my work and life balance. even we are not able going outside, we still have a leisure and relaxing space inside our living place. this location provides a convenient life to find almost everything you want and transportation not too traffic jam, and some of special place such as laguna lake is not too far. in additional of facility, hang out and entertainment places is nearby the project as well.

the service of presidio at lakepoint is like 5 stars hotel service due to the staffs are so nice and helpful and the facilities are fully equipped. the room is so spacious and clean, the swimming pool is also great, it is suit for relax and cool down. from this location is easy to get the place with 24 hours taxi cabs and bus station near the apartment.

solano hills sucat is modern stylish but comfortable residential. this is really look good and i think it will provide a lively living. the project has a spacious bedrooms and little greenery space inside the project, suitable both family and single persons. even though, this is quite look serene location but we never worry about accessibility and transportation. the project location is provided us these conveniences.

rhapsody residences is seeming like resort more than condo or apartment and that’s the living place that i was looking for. first impression of the project is design, this really out-standing and have a perfect plan. conception and facility of the project is majority factors to make a decision as well. the project service and facility are proper and me as a resident could invest for a convenience location. so, that’s reasonable and worth for invest.
